The twelve en suite rooms are all furnished to a high standard
 and attractively decorated.

All rooms have remote controlled television, fridge, hairdryer and  
hospitality trays with a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

All areas of the house and the conservatory are non-smoking areas.

The en suite bathrooms all have walls in attractive respatex colours
with power showers.
Soap, shampoo and hair conditioner are all supplied.

We have twelve rooms available of varying sizes.

All rates quoted are per person and include a full Scottish breakfast.

Single Room from £40.00.

Double or twin sharing £30.00 per person.

Rates for Family rooms will depend on age of children, each family
 room can sleep 4 people, a travel cot is also available.
